Swarovski EL (E1) Binoculars

1 May, 2008 (08:35) | binocular brands | By: admin

There is some confusion on this series with many searches made for the E1 I mentioned in brackets above which is incorrect. The correct term is EL and there are currently 4 models available all in roof prism designs and all with superb optical performance, rapid focus and excellent handling.

Swarovski have employed their p-coating and Swarobright coatings on all the El models for optimal performance as well as nitrogen filling and waterproofing.

With the EL series you get as good as binoculars get. The new design provides true color and high contrast images thanks to the superior coatings. All of the El series are lightweight so won’t weigh you down and they are all waterproof and fog-proof. While nobody recommends you test them out on the point they are also quite rugged and able to withstand some wear and tear.

If you’ve not come across the brand before Swarovski has a long history of crystal glass and optical excellence. This series new optical system delivers crisp images in natural color, perfect for serious bird watchers. Their slender build also makes them easy to handle, a very comfortable feel in the hand.
